Troubleshooting: Stuck on a Slide, Frozen Screen, or "Next" Button Not Working
Issue:
You are stuck on a slide, the "Next" button is unresponsive, or the
screen appears frozen.
Why this happens:
When you launch a course, a second blank tab or pop-up window often opens in
the background. This window tracks your progress. If you close it, the main
course loses connection and cannot record that you finished a slide, which is
why the "Next" button stays grayed out.
How to fix it:
Locate
the second window. Look for an extra browser tab or pop-up that
launched with the course. It might look blank, but it is essential.
Keep
it open. Do not close this window. If you already closed it,
proceed to step 3.
Refresh
the main course. Go back to the main course window and refresh
the page.
Try
again. Once the page reloads, ensure you keep both windows open
and try to click "Next" again.
