Unable to Log In to UCEAP learn or Access the Health and Safety Course

    Issue:
You cannot log in to UCEAP learn, your UC Single Sign-On (SSO) is not working, or you are unsure where to access the Health and Safety course.

    Why this happens:
UCEAP learn is a separate platform from the UCEAP Portal and is not connected to UC Single Sign-On. Your regular UC campus credentials will not work here. You must create a new, separate account specifically for UCEAP learn.

    How to access the course:

    1. Log in to the UCEAP Portal. Go to your standard UCEAP Portal account.
    2. Navigate to your requirements. Find your Predeparture Requirements list.
    3. Locate the registration link. Under the "Health and Safety course" requirement, click on "Instructions." This will contain the specific registration link for UCEAP learn.
    4. Create a new account. Use that link to register for UCEAP learn. Remember, this is a new account, so you will need to create a username and password that is separate from your campus login.

    Still having trouble?
If you have registered through the Portal link and are still unable to log in, contact the Instructional Design team directly for further assistance:
