Withdrawing Your Application or Program

Issue:
You need to withdraw your application or withdraw from your program.

How to proceed:

Withdrawals cannot be processed through the portal. You must contact your Program Specialist directly.

  1. Find your Program Specialist. Locate their name and email address here:
  2. Send an email. Include the following information:
    • Your full name and student ID number
    • The name and term of the program
    • The reason for withdrawing
    • Any questions or concerns about the process
  3. Wait for instructions. Your Program Specialist will reply with next steps and inform you of any penalties that may apply (if past the deadline).

Important notes:
Withdrawing may affect your academic progress, financial aid, and insurance coverage. Be sure to communicate with your Specialist and follow their guidance carefully.

We hope you are doing well and can resume your UCEAP plans in the future.
